Hi. My name is Lea and I am the owner of Lea Fit.

I have a passion for training and enjoy helping people feel their best and confident in their own bodies.

I qualified as a personal trainer in 2018. I noticed that there are many females struggling with their self confidence and weight then I decided to become a weight loss coach. I have joined our weight loss supplement company in 2020 and have not looked back since.
